Store Policy

**Proof of experience in owning reptiles and proper care techniques required before all purchases.

** We accept PayPal and all major credit cards! Shipments done through FedEx. We use insulated reptile shipping boxes! We provide live arrival on all reptiles that we ship!

** You must receive your shipment of reptiles on the first attempt or else warranty is void! Our live arrival temps are low of 35 degrees and high of 89 degrees.

** Some animals sold are animals that are turned over because the original owner could no longer care for them. If you receive one of these animals, you will be informed of any behavioral issues said animal may have or special dietary needs.

** In the unfortunate case that a reptile arrives deceased or injured you must contact us within 3 hours of receiving your package! If your package is held up for any reason our warranty is void.

** ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

** The store does not offer refunds or returns under most cases, especially if research is not done prior to the purchase of an animal. If an animal is aggressive or unfriendly, it is because of handler error or some other stress factor.

** Refunds will only be given if an animal is DOA with proof of photo.

** Sexes of reptiles are never 100% guaranteed unless the animal is fully matured and/or shows natural sexual dimorphism.

** If you request a reptile we do not personally have and we are able to find it for you we will do our best to make sure it is the reptile the breeder is advertising.

** If the reptile is not the exact one pictured but is the same species and alive/healthy no refund will be given as we are acting as a middle man.
